Vessel Walk Through

AFT DECK Grandeur offers several access points that make boarding a breeze from either the swim platform or side doors port and starboard on the aft deck. As you board from the swim platform there are port and starboard companionways to safely advance to the aft deck. The spacious aft deck provides seating for 8 with a settee and table shaded by the extended overhang creating the perfect breakfast nook to relax or plan that day's adventure. Access to the beautifully appointed interior is through double sliding electric doors. SALON Entering from the aft deck and moving forward to the salon the flow is comfortable and the quality of the decor is apparent. The designer interior is stunning bright and inviting with unexpected volume and visibility for this class of vessel. Most noticeable is that the salon is full beam with over 7 ½ feet of headroom and her oversized windows provide a feeling of spaciousness not often found in a vessel of this class. The open feeling carries through to the two-level on-deck master suite. As you move through the salon the formal dining area is located mid-ship with a sliding privacy wall and the gourmet galley is to port with deck access through the forward watertight door. The companionway is starboard and both access points have beautiful etched glass entry doors. Entering the companionway, you will find the day head, guest cabin stairway, and helm access, with convenient deck access through the watertight door. CABINS The owner’s suite exudes peaceful privacy and comfort with aft facing offset berth and comfortable lounging settee. The dressing area is down four steps with massive closet space and built-in lighted dressing table. The head features a Jacuzzi tub, an oval shower lit with smoked oval glass. Guest cabins (3) are accessed through a staircase with sturdy handrails for safety. The guest cabin area features (1) full beam queen VIP, (1) VIP queen, and (1) bunk room with side-by-side twin berths. All staterooms are ensuite and beautifully appointed with designer soft goods and accents throughout. Crew quarters are spacious with private access from the aft deck through a separate door and feature (1) Captain's stateroom with double bed, (2) Crew staterooms with over-under bunks, and all feature ensuite heads. The crew galley has a U-shaped dinette and 2 sets of washers and dryers. ENGINE ROOM There are (2) access points - the main access is through the crew quarters and the second through the lower garage. The engine room is well laid out and designed for ease of maintenance and accessibility. Grandeur is powered by preferred 3516B Caterpillars 2600 HP providing an effortless 16 kt cruise. The lazarette is aft with hydraulics, steering and storage before the second garage. EXTERIOR Spacious with an abundance of storage (2) garages for tenders/toys (1) at the swim platform and (1) on the flybridge deck that also can be utilized as a movie screen or game night. FLYBRIDGE DECK Once aboard there is access from the aft deck or the pilothouse both have safe stairways for the guests to enjoy this outdoor gathering point. The bridge deck includes a padded sun area, a Jacuzzi hot tub, L-shaped settee, wet bar, and casual dining table with 8 chairs. The helm is centerline with a single helm chair offering excellent visibility. This deck is a guest favorite and features L-shaped settee, table with gas accent, teak decks, garage, Jacuzzi hot tub, wet bar, grill, and table for 8. The garage lifts and is utilized for a movie screen for movies or game night The custom hardtop and enclosure were added in 2022 making a huge improvement to utilize this deck for entertaining and travel even during inclement weather.

Layout and Accommodation

CABINS Accommodations for 2 Owners and 6 Guests. As you enter from the aft deck through double sliding electric doors there is the spacious salon with formal dining area. The galley is to port with the companion access to starboard. The companionway provides day head access, guest stateroom access, with on-deck master forward. The guest staterooms are accessed midship with a stairway. The guest stateroom configurations are 2 queen berths and 1 double berth, all en-suite and beautifully appointed. Crew quarters are separate with private access from the aft deck with 3 staterooms and 3 heads. Crew configuration is 1 double and 2 stacked bunk rooms with 3 heads, crew mess with dining area. Engine room access is through a water tight door in the crew quarters.

Salon

Entering the full beam salon from the aft deck through double sliding electric doors you are surprised by 7 1/2 foot high ceilings with oversized windows creating an open comfortable area to entertain guests and family to enjoy. To starboard, there is an L-shaped, fully equipped bar with stools. The informal table and chairs are to port. The settee is massive - a great spot for guests to comfortably enjoy.
