A top-selling boat, the Carver 560 Voyager is a stretched version of the Carver 530 Voyager. A heavily built yacht designed for extended cruising, the Voyager''s modest 15''4" beam results is a somewhat smaller interior space than many motoryachts in this size range. The salon''s social area includes twin recliners, hi/lo table, and a comfortable L-shaped sofa to port. Also includes a full entertainment system. Big frameless windows and nearly seven feet of headroom make the Voyagers salon seem especially open and airy. Below, the amidships master stateroom features a walkaroound queen berth and ensuite head with tub/shower. The VIP guest stateroom forward includes a queen berth and the second guest stateroom to port offers over/under bunks. The fully equipped flybridge can be accessed from both the the cockpit and pilothouse.

On November 9, 2023 at 11:00 am, M/Y PURE CIN, a 2008 560 Voyager SE Motor Yacht, U.S.C.G. Official Number 1216185, HIN CDRM7109E708, her Engines, Tackle< Machinery, Furniture, Apparel, Appurtenances, etc, will be sold AS IS and Where Is, free of all mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances at a public auction sale pursuant to an Order issued from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on September 26, 2023 (Doc No 42), and pursuant to Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manuel Rule 5(r). The sale will take place at the front steps of Sarasota County Courthouse, 2002 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34237.
Interested buyers will be allowed to preview the vessel during the week prior to the sale by appointment only. Immediately after auction, the successful bidder must deposit the full purchase price, or a minimum deposit 0f 10% of the successful bid, with the U.S. Marshal be certified or cashiers check before the sale is confirmed, and as set forth in Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Rule 5(r). The Plaintiff, USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, shall be permitted to credit bid up to the amount of its Judgement in lieu of paying cash.
